Problem
Crypto-native companies and talent had no dedicated mobile hiring platform — existing job boards don't understand wallet-based identity, on-chain-native workflows, or crypto-specific opportunity types like bounties and grants, leaving teams to hire through scattered Discord and Twitter threads.
Solution
Designed and built a full-featured cross-platform app that brings job discovery, company profiles, bounties, and grants together in one native experience — with authentication flexible enough to support both traditional OAuth and direct Solana wallet sign-in, and a complete self-serve job-posting flow with in-app payment processing.
